Saturday trip to the club

Saturday, me, Justin and Tom took a ride out to the club. It took us 1:45 to get there from Mandarin. We were re-conning the perimeter of the club to get a idea of the number of gates we will need to install once we have the property secured.

We took advantage of this trip to explore all the interior roads in the club and we did a little bit of scouting on foot. We saw plenty of deer sign and several buck rubs. The southern end of the club, which is wetter than the other areas had a lot of hog sign. We also found some bear tracks. All in all, the club looks like it has some potential.

We cannot take control of the club until we have the lease fee paid in its entirely. At this time, all members should have their down payment end and the balance is due by March 31. Our balance is due April 1 to the timber company. We are still looking for a couple of members so if you know someone please have them contact Justin hollisje@gmail.com or have them contact me. curt@classicspringtraining.com
